Apesar do avan\u00e7o no faturamento, o tr\u00e1fego de consumidores apresentou queda de 5% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mercadoeconsumo.com.br\/14\/08\/2025\/foodservice\/ifb-foodservice-cresce-no-1o-semestre-mas-inflacao-provoca-queda\/\">O aumento no faturamento&nbsp;<\/a>reflete principalmente a alta do ticket m\u00e9dio, que subiu 7%, chegando a R$ 21,07 por transa\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, o n\u00famero total de transa\u00e7\u00f5es caiu para 3,0 bilh\u00f5es, registrando a maior retra\u00e7\u00e3o nos \u00faltimos 18 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNunca tivemos um gasto t\u00e3o elevado, mas a queda no n\u00famero de visitas indica um desafio estrutural para toda a cadeia de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o fora do lar\u201d, afirma Ingrid Devisate, cofundadora e diretora-executiva do IFB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo aponta que poucos segmentos apresentaram crescimento, enquanto a maior parte teve retra\u00e7\u00e3o. O movimento de queda atinge at\u00e9 perfis de consumo mais acess\u00edveis, enquanto o segmento premium de indulg\u00eancia registrou leve expans\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regionalmente, o Sudeste voltou a registrar retra\u00e7\u00e3o no tr\u00e1fego, enquanto o Nordeste manteve crescimento, mostrando resili\u00eancia local. Entre as classes sociais, a Classe B foi a \u00fanica a avan\u00e7ar, enquanto a Classe C caiu para seu menor n\u00edvel em um 2\u00ba trimestre desde 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os canais analisados, o delivery se destacou, crescendo 11% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2024. No acumulado de 12 meses at\u00e9 junho de 2025, o canal tamb\u00e9m foi o \u00fanico a apresentar aumento&nbsp; tanto em tr\u00e1fego quanto em gasto m\u00e9dio, com destaque para almo\u00e7os e per\u00edodos noturnos. O avan\u00e7o foi sustentado principalmente pelas classes B e C e pelas regi\u00f5es Sudeste e Nordeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO consumidor est\u00e1 cada vez mais conectado e exigente.
