{"id":14157,"date":"2025-04-18T22:24:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-19T01:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mundor.com.br\/blog\/?p=14157"},"modified":"2025-04-16T22:26:29","modified_gmt":"2025-04-17T01:26:29","slug":"cheesecake-de-graviola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mundor.com.br\/blog\/pt-br\/2025\/04\/18\/cheesecake-de-graviola\/","title":{"rendered":"Cheesecake de Graviola"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3><strong>Cheesecake de Graviola<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Massa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 pacote de biscoitos tipo maisena, quebrado (170 g)<\/li><li>8 colheres (sopa) de margarina sem sal<\/li><li>meia x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de castanha-do-par\u00e1 (50 g)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recheio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 colher (ch\u00e1) de gelatina em p\u00f3, sem sabor, incolor (3 g)<\/li><li>3 colheres (sopa) de \u00e1gua (45 ml)<\/li><li>2 embalagens de cream cheese (300 g)<\/li><li>1 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de leite (200 ml)<\/li><li>meia x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de creme de leite<\/li><li>1 sach\u00ea de MID\u00ae Graviola<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Modo de preparo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prepare a massa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>No copo do liquidificador, coloque os biscoitos, aos poucos, e bata at\u00e9 obter uma farofa.<\/li><li>Disponha em uma tigela, junte a margarina e a castanha, e amasse at\u00e9 ficar homog\u00eaneo.<\/li><li>Forre o fundo e as laterais de uma forma de fundo remov\u00edvel (20 cm de di\u00e2metro) e leve ao forno m\u00e9dio (180 graus), preaquecido, por 8 minutos. Retire do forno e reserve.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recheio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Em uma tigela, dissolva a gelatina na \u00e1gua e leve ao micro-ondas por 15 segundos, at\u00e9 dissolver. Reserve.<\/li><li>Bata no liq\u00fcidificador, o cream cheese, o leite, o creme de leite e o MID\u00ae, por 1 minuto, ou at\u00e9 ficar homog\u00eaneo.<\/li><li>Acrescente a gelatina reservada, bata novamente e espalhe sobre a massa.<\/li><li>Cubra e leve \u00e0 geladeira por, no m\u00ednimo, 3 horas.
