A feira \u00e9 um dos maiores eventos do setor dos pescados e frutos do mar da Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Abrasel SP com apoio da&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.baressp.com.br\/\">BareSP<\/a>&nbsp;estar\u00e1 com espa\u00e7o que oferecer\u00e1 aos visitantes ampla programa\u00e7\u00e3o que inclu\u00ed aulas, aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de produtos, receitas, degusta\u00e7\u00f5es de insumos e lan\u00e7amentos, apresentados por chefs renomados e especialistas da gastronomia japonesa..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Destaque&nbsp;<em>\u2013<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;Na quarta (23) \u00e0s 16, acontece a aula mais esperada pelos profissionais da gastronomia japonesa, o \u201cDestrinchando o Atum\u201d, com C\u00e9zar Calvazara \u2013 consultor em pescados, que vai explicar as in\u00fameras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es do atum, enquanto um especialista destrincha o peixe inteiro de aproximadamente 60 kg. Na sequ\u00eancia ter\u00e1 degusta\u00e7\u00e3o de sashimi, elaborado por R\u00e9gis Sassaki &#8211; sushiman chef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>\u201cA Abrasel SP tem o objetivo de difundir o pescado, estimular o consumo e contribuir nas in\u00fameras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es gastron\u00f4micas de forma criativa e inusitada, utilizando peixes poucos consumidos na capital.
