Todo ano ele est\u00e1 no&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/institucional.ifood.com.br\/estudos-e-pesquisas\/retrospectiva-as-10-comidas-mais-pedidas-no-ifood-em-2022\/\">topo da lista dos preferidos<\/a>: s\u00f3 em 2023, foram mais de 81 milh\u00f5es de pedidos em todo o pa\u00eds. Ou seja: a cada minuto, 154 pedidos de hamb\u00farguer saltam no aplicativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toda essa demanda alimenta tamb\u00e9m os empreendedores que est\u00e3o no app do iFood. Em 2023, 3.020 novas hamburguerias come\u00e7aram a vender no aplicativo, das quais 76% s\u00e3o pequenos ou m\u00e9dios estabelecimentos. Com isso, o n\u00famero de pequenas e m\u00e9dias hamburguerias no app cresceu 19%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs pequenas e m\u00e9dias hamburguerias encontraram nas plataformas digitais uma ponte para o crescimento\u201d, afirma Beatriz Pentagna, l\u00edder da \u00e1rea de Restaurante do iFood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Crescendo com o delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A Brabo Burguer, de Fortaleza (Cear\u00e1), entrou na plataforma do iFood assim que come\u00e7ou a funcionar, em 2021, durante a pandemia. \u201cO iFood foi essencial na proje\u00e7\u00e3o da marca. Em tr\u00eas meses, j\u00e1 est\u00e1vamos com mais de mil pedidos\u201d, conta o empreendedor Renan Bezerra, que trabalha em sociedade com sua esposa, Liara Montesuma, na opera\u00e7\u00e3o de duas lojas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No ano seguinte, a Brabo Burguer ganhou o pr\u00eamio Burguer no Ponto. \u201cEssa proje\u00e7\u00e3o se deu muito pela vitrine que o iFood \u00e9 e sua forma de impulsionar a marca parceira na plataforma\u201d, completa Renan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outra hamburgueria que j\u00e1 nasceu com foco no delivery foi a Cowtelo, de Recife, criada em 2020. \u201cSe n\u00e3o fosse o iFood, eu n\u00e3o estaria nem pr\u00f3ximo do que alcancei hoje\u201d, afirma o empreendedor Gabriel Alves. \u201cA plataforma \u00e9 extremamente organizada para o lojista e para o cliente.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em 2024, ele inaugurou a segunda loja da Cowtelo, tamb\u00e9m na capital pernambucana \u2014onde mais de 160 mil pedidos de hamb\u00farguer s\u00e3o feitos por m\u00eas pelo app do iFood (ou 231 por hora).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em Salvador (Bahia), a T\u00e1 Rebocado nasceu como um food truck de hamb\u00fargueres e sandu\u00edches, em 2016, e abriu uma loja f\u00edsica no ano seguinte. \u201cJ\u00e1 abrimos implementando o iFood e fomos crescendo\u201d, explica o empreendedor, que atualmente tem mais uma loja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adivinha qual \u00e9 a comida que os brasileiros mais pedem no app do iFood?
